[Yanel-development] Refactoring Yanel

Dear All

During X'mas dinner last night several pointed out that Yanel needs some 
refactoring.

I am all for it, but thought that maybe we can formalize this process a 
bit more with the intention
that it will force us to refactor on a regular basis instead just once a 
year ;-)
