[Yanel-dev] bugzilla and dev-list

hi all

i think it would be good if all bug entries automaticaly will be sent to 
the dev list.

first we could set the initial owner of all componets to 
yanel-development at wyona.com.

the we could add a QA-contact to each component wich would be 
yanel-development at wyona.com as well.
