So I think one would have to create a Yanel resource which has a pointer 
to the build.xml (which could be configurable within a resource 
configuration (res-configs/...) and this Yanel resource would start 
executing ant and pass in parameters.

Ant would then create whatever, for example put files into some 
directory. Now because this isn't generic anymore one could extend this 
Yanel resource by some custom resource which execute first the generic 
ant process and then read the custom output from ant and send it as a 
response to the client.

I will create some "mockup" resources such that it should help you to 
get started. Will put them into SVN later on
